The IRC offers specific users of e-journal articles or e-book chapters upon request. Materials will be sent through emails. The form is accessible through this link https://tinyurl.com/IRCInfoRequest
Librarian provides specified users copies of e-journals, magazine articles or e-book chapters that are needed for research or leisure reading. The materials are sent through e-mails.
Borrowing of books is open for all students and faculty and the rest of the school personnel. You may access the borrower's form here
For the protection of everyone during this online mode of learning, the following guidelines will be strictly followed:
1. Only teachers and school personnel are allowed access to on-site services of the IRC.
2. IRC Services are limited to
a. Reader's and Reference assistance
b. Access and use of Audiovisual materials
c. Circulation of print and non-print materials
3. Must Protocols inside IRC
a. Sanitize your hands and scan the QR code before entering the IRC
b. Wear face mask and /or face Shield while inside the IRC
c. Observe physical distancing and be guided by signage done for this purpose
d. The number of personnel allowed inside the IRC will be limited to the number of designated seats only
e. All used books, magazines, newspapers are to be returned in the book track for proper disinfecting before they are returned on the shelves
4. Teachers may borrow books for their students enrolled in offline learning following IRC circulation policies. This service can be included as part of the Home Learning Packets for off-line learners.
5. Outsiders are not allowed to use the IRC in this new normal.
6. Existing policies and procedures for onsite library users will be implemented.
