1. Register student applicant at https://bit.ly/SHAPAdmission23-24 Prepare to upload clear images of the following documents:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• 2x2 ID picture with white background
• For incoming Grades 1-12 from DepEd recognized schools only: all pages of the Report Card with the latest quarter rating
• For students from international school only: copy of Transcript of School Records (TOR) from Kinder to last level attended
2. Check your email for communications from our Admission Associate.
3. Age qualification as of September 30 of the applicable school year based on Deped Order No. 15, s. 2016 and with reference to SHAP school opening in July:
• Nursery - 3 yo
• Pre-Kinder - 4 yo
• Kinder - 5 yo
4. Learner Reference Number (LRN) is required from transferees from any Philippine schools recognized by the Department of Education. If not shown on the Report Card, please request from the latest school. LRN of students from international schools shall be applied to the Department of Education upon submission of TOR and birth certificate.
1. The following applicants will undergo online initial screening and final interview via Zoom.
• Preschool (Nursery, Pre-Kinder, Kinder)
• Grade School to Senior High School with General Average of 85% or above and with final ratings of 80% or above in all subjects and deportment.
2. Students with General Average below 85% and/or with final rating below 80% in any subject will be given an online entrance test. Please prepare two devices (cellphone, desktop, laptop, tablet, iPad, etc) to be used simultaneously for the online quiz and examiner’s observation via Zoom. Final interview will follow.
• Student applicants must be in decent attire during the online process.
• All schedules and Zoom links shall be sent to you by the admission associate. If not available, please email back your available time for rescheduling.
3. Parent/s or guardian is/are included in the interview.
4. Students with failing grades in any subject must take a completion class from their previous school. SHAP will facilitate summer completion of this applicant only upon submission of written consent from the previous school’s principal. Online entrance tests will be administered after submission of passing grades.
