Requirements

1. Register student applicant at https://bit.ly/SHAPAdmission23-24 prepare to upload clear images of the following documents:

  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate of the student

  • 2x2 ID picture with white background

  • For incoming Grades 1-12 from DepEd recognized schools only: all pages of the Report Card with the latest quarter rating

  • For students from international school only: copy of Transcript of School Records (TOR) from Kinder to last level attended

2. Check your email for communications from our Admission Associate (admission@shap.edu.ph)

3. Age qualification as of September 30 of the applicable school year based on Deped Order No. 15, s. 2016 and with reference to SHAP school opening in July:

  • Pre-Kinder - 4 years old

  • Kinder - 5 years old

4. Learner Reference Number (LRN) is required from transferees from any Philippine schools recognized by the Department of Education. If not shown on the Report Card, please request from the latest school. LRN of students from international schools shall be applied to the Department of Education upon submission of TOR and birth certificate.

Procedure

1. The following applicants will undergo assessment/ entrance test

  • Preschool (Pre-Kinder & Kinder)

  • Students with General Average below 85% and/or with final rating below 80% in any subject will be given an entrance/assessment test. If you plan to visit the school to take the assessment, kindly email us in advance at admission@shap.edu.ph and indicate your preferred date and time of visit.

  Our office hours are:
  Monday to Friday
  8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  (Office is closed from 12:00 NN – 1:00 PM for lunch)

  • Student applicants must be in decent attire during the assessment.

2. Parent/s or guardian is/are included in the interview.

3. Students with failing grades in any subject must take a completion class from their previous school. SHAP will facilitate summer completion of this applicant only upon submission of written consent from the previous school’s principal. Online entrance tests will be administered after submission of passing grades.
